Came with 2 holes in the back, a smaller one at the bottom along with a peg to help it stand alone and a larger hole on top to allow it to hang. I scanned my daughters actual footprints from the hospital and created an image with them, great way to preserve them forever. Pros: Sturdy, multiple ways to display, absolutely beautiful.
