What shipping methods are available to me?

Airmail / registered airmail and FedEx/UPS/DHL are available. Depending on the order value, our system will choose the appropriate shipping method. If you wish to upgrade the shipping service used to FedEx/UPS/DHL, you can contact our Customer Service representatives and they will advise you of the upgrade fee, if applicable.

How are the shipping rates calculated?

Shipping rates are calculated automatically on our systems and updated frequently in accordance with the discounted rates which we receive from the shipping companies, which are subsequently passed onto you. You may see our Shipping Fees here.

How long does shipping normally take?

With our team working around the clock, we try to process your orders in good time as we understand how important it is to deliver your goods within the promised time frame. Most of your orders are processed 2-10 working days after your order has been placed, and will take a further 7-12 business days or less for shipments (2-5 business days or less for FedEx/UPS/DHL shipments). Please refer to the production time chart for the estimated processing time for your product.

Products may require longer production time, depending on the demand of the item as well as production capacity at the time of sale. We advise you to contact our Customer Service Team for a more precise date. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may require additional transit time due to unforeseen delays. When your goods have been dispatched, our system will automatically send you an email to inform you of the tracking number (if applicable).

Can I combine shipment if I order more than one item?

Sure you can. Once you have completed checkout for your orders, please email our Customer Service team ( with the order numbers and the delivery address. They will reply to acknowledge your request if the necessary arrangements can be made.

Is import tax and duty included in the shipping cost?

All goods are shipped from Hong Kong or China and you will be considered as an importer of goods and be made responsible for import tax and duty. Depending on your local import duty rate, you may be charged for tax. If you are charged, this will be collected on behalf of your local customs by the courier upon delivery.
