I have ordered 3-4 dozen ornaments over the years. They came out so great in the past that I recently purchased 10 more ornaments for various engagement and wedding gifts. Unfortunately, I never encountered such clarity and printing issues with www.cowcow.com ornaments until this order. A number of the ornaments I received are below usual quality--blurry text, crooked printing, discolored photos. Pros: inexpensive, and the porcelain looks so elegant when the image/design is printed correctly! Received my order within a few weeks. Cons: Photos are occasionally printed blurry or not true to the original photo-- for example, the tone of the last photo ornaments I received is really pink. Even when using the Client Designer program or templates, the design was printed crooked. www.cowcow.com doesn't guarantee or replace off-printed items. Customer Service says, "Please note that no guarantee is provided on the centering of a design due to printing deviation.". Bottom Line: Great, high-quality item when printed correctly. Pros: Great gift idea, lots of personalization options. Cons: Print quality isn't quite as good as other products.
