There also are some small signs of moisture getting inside the inner layer but so far it hasn't actually damaged the graphic in any way. Those are quite honestly the only complaints I have about this mug. Everything else seems quality and it keeps drinks hot for a surprisingly long time considering it's simple plastic. If you need a new mug and want it to be customized badly enough to shell out the extra cash this product is a good choice. When I received it the printing was very off from how i designed it and the bottom part of the cup was not attached securely. When I looked back at my design, they had changed the bleed areas for the designer. After I contacted the company I WAS given a credit to reprint my item at no cost. The 2nd one I got the printing is much more up to www.cowcow.com standards, however the product is still not very durable plastic. After further inspection of the cup, i discovered that the bottom simply twists off and on like the top, I would feel much more secure washing it if it was glued in place. Pros: The top screws on for a tighter fit than the previous travel tumblers. Cons: The photo is simply a print inserted between the layers and I feel it can still be easily damaged. The bottom is not securely glued. The plastic is not very durable. Bottom Line: I would not order this product again. Stick with the original travel tumblers, they are much more impressive.
